Our members are required to take 10 hours of OSHA training, CPR training, respiratory exams and respirator fit tests, fall protection, scaffold training, and aerial lift training, among other classes.

Our members have committed to mandatory training both to protect themselves and to protect the economic security of their families, and to afford our companies a competitive edge with savings achieved through safety.

Construction users and building owners should know that the DC 35 collective bargaining agreement contains an economic package with five zones throughout Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. DC 35 members reside in all of the zones and have complete mobility throughout our jurisdiction. Zones make our contractors competitive all over New England.
