Bill Doherty Memorial Golf Classic Raised $30,000 for Scholarship Fund.

On June 18, DC35 members, friends, families and partners gathered at the 5th Annual Bill Doherty Memorial Golf Classic to celebrate the legacy of former DC35 business representative, Bill Doherty, who passed away in 2014. The annual golf classic is a fundraiser for the DC35 Bill Doherty Scholarship Fund.

This year, we awarded $30,000 in scholarships to six college-bound Students from DC35 families. Making the world a better place by helping young people achieve their dreams has always been important to DC35. This scholarship fund allows us to help college-bound students and honor Bill’s memory. This year’s scholarship recipients are: Davin Hearn, Caroline Murphy, Madison Turner, Julia Wright, Lindsey Donohue and Kyle Hadley.
