Staying Busy into the New Year by Vern Gaylor

The Worcester area is going to be busy for the next year or so with several upcoming projects. There are two jobs at Holy Cross College, as well as the YWCA’s renovation and addition, and the Department of Transportation building on Plantation Street that will be done with all union workers. The Court House renovations into residential housing is being done by H. Carr’s Resident Drywall Company.  We will be watching the Polar Park Project in Worcester and the work that will be going on all around that area. With the Worcester City Housing’s new headquarters and numerous other projects, our members will be busy for a while.
