DC 35’s Organizing Department, along with members and retirees, continue bannering and leafletting campaigns against the Davis Companies throughout the city of Boston. We will continue to shine a light on these bad area standard practices that the Davis companies endorse. A life science campus, the Quad, in Cambridge was sold to Invesco Real Estate, and the first of these four parcels have gone out to bid; Erland Construction has been chosen to oversee the project. The Davis Companies will continue to manage the assets and oversee the redevelopment. DC 35 is committed and will keep the pressure on until these bad practices are corrected.
